WireNine currently has three hosting plans starting at just $3.95 per month. There is no set-up fee for any of their plans, which are backed by a 30-day money back guarantee. With several awards under their belt, and good prices, these plans are well suited for a myriad of hosting needs. Let’s take a look at their Starter Plan to see what it has to offer.

You’ll get 1 gig of disk space and 10 gigs of monthly data transfer, making this plan ideal for small businesses and personal sites. For the money, both allotments are standard and should be more than enough for the average site. If you do need more, their next plan up is still reasonably priced. CPanel is provided free of charge, which is very nice to see for a plan in this price range.

You can add 20 subdomains, but no parked or add-on domains are allowed under this plan. Once again, this feature is available with their other plans if you need this option. 20 Email accounts are included as well as 5 FTP accounts. We would have liked to have seen a little more in this area, particularly since most budget hosts are now offering unlimited email accounts. A mailing list is provided however, as well as unlimited autoresponders, aliases and forwarders.

You’ll get 3 MySQL databases with this plan and phpMyAdmin is included for their management. There is no mention of any restrictions on the size of your database, but if you are concerned about this, you may want to check with their sales department to see how large they will allow your database to become, if your site relies heavily on MySQL.

Support for streaming is offered, as well as Python, Perl, ImageMagick and PHP. Fantastico DeLuxe is provided free of charge and includes several scripts for content management, blogging and much more. 2 site statistic programs are offered as well as a shopping cart and and a free shared SSL certificate. Once again, these features are nice to see for a budget priced hosting solution.

Technical support is offered 24/7 via their online ticket system. A knowledge base and community forum are also available. With no set-up fee, instant activation and the features included, this is a well priced plan that received a good rating. We would have liked to see more in the way of email, FTP and MySQL accounts, but this did not bring down their overall rating by very much.
