JBoss Announces New Open Source Products

JBoss, a provider of Open Source solutions, announced today that they have launched two new open source products.

JBoss Messaging is a messaging utility, which according to the company’s release will bring enterprise level messaging to the mass market through their open source and standards-based platform. JBoss Web will provide, “high-performance Web server capabilities to Apache Tomcat and JBoss Application Server users.”

“JBoss Messaging and JBoss Web signify another important milestone in JBoss’ technology vision,” says Shaun Connolly, VP of product management for JBoss. “These projects expand and enhance the JEMS stack for our high-end customers while maintaining the simplicity and modularity that have established JEMS as the leading open source platform for SOA.”

Netfirms Launches New Reseller Plans

Plesk 8.0 Launched
